#IsleRoadTrip Series

IMG_1437If you caught my last post on our upcoming #IsleRoadTrip, you may be wondering who Isle of Capri is. They are not as big as MGM Resorts, Penn National Gaming, Caesars Entertainment, or Boyd Gaming.  You don’t find them in Vegas, Atlantic City, or Monty Carlo.

The Isle is really more of a mid-west and southern casino company.  And they are not small.  They have 15 gaming and entertainment facilities in Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Missouri, Louisiana, and Mississippi.  Did I mention Mississippi?  They have three casinos there and we’ll be hitting all of them.

The thing I like about Isle is that they are a friendly and helpful bunch. Maybe it is the southern hospitality.  BTW, Missouri is officially part of the south now that Truman the Tiger has joined the SEC.

I also like that they are active in social media… a great equalizer if you don’t have the marketing budget of an MGM.  One of the rules of social media is that you go where the customers are.  Well, they are.  Pick your social media platform.  Here is a list on where to find them on Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, FourSquare… you get the idea:

The casinos we’ll be visiting in a couple weeks are listed below. I’ve been to Lula a few times but the others are a mystery.  It will be fun to learn more:
